The Community Care Program is a confidential referral program for individuals who rely on their vehicle as a daily driver but may be struggling to keep up with essential maintenance.
Rather than public applications, nominations come quietly from our existing customers. Throughout the year, our team selects individuals from these submissions and provides complimentary, safety-focused maintenance tailored to immediate needs. This program is not about publicity. It is about helping people stay safely on the road.
Who Can Submit a Nomination?
- You must be a current or recent Undisputed Auto Care customer
- You are nominating someone else, not yourself
- The person you’re nominating relies on their vehicle for daily transportation
- The situation involves hardship, transition, or a season where support would make a meaningful difference
Nominations may be for a friend, family member, neighbor, coworker, or someone else in your life.
What Kind of Help Is Provided?
Services vary based on need and shop availability, but typically include:
- Oil service
- Safety inspection
- Basic maintenance or immediate safety concerns
- Other essential items identified by our technicians
All services are completed with the same care, transparency, and professionalism as any visit to our shop.
How Selection Works
- Submissions are reviewed internally by management
- Individuals are selected periodically throughout the year
- Not every nomination can be chosen, but every submission is reviewed with care
- If selected, we contact the nominee respectfully and privately to schedule service
We do not share stories publicly, post photos, or discuss participants without explicit written permission.
